These terms apply when you use the KZ Optical website and place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us

KZ Optical is an online prescription eyewear store based in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at kzdknss@gmail.com or 604-765-0400.

Our products

We sell prescription eyeglasses, made up of a frame and prescription lenses. We do not sell lenses on their own, and we do not provide eye exams or medical advice. Frame photographs show a representative colour. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from your screen.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The price shown for a pair includes the frame, the lens type and the coating you select. Shipping within British Columbia is free, and we currently deliver within British Columbia only.

Payment is taken by card when you place your order and is processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price before going ahead.

Availability and order acceptance

Frame colours and sizes are subject to availability. We confirm availability after you order. If an item is unavailable, our Shipping & Returns page explains what happens.

Prescriptions

You must give us a current, valid prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prescription details you enter or upload. We make your lenses to the prescription you provide, and we are not responsible for errors in it. See our Prescription Help page for what to provide.

Your use of this website

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. Website content, including text and our own design, belongs to KZ Optical. Brand names and product photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to show products we sell.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
